Zest of Life: Matisse

This exhibition invitation was designed with Matisse’s love of oranges in mind. The outside packaging features Matisse’s signature, combined with renditions of his cut-out series. The inside of the box and the invitation pouch are colored with the same blue he is notorious for using within his pieces.  An emphasis on textural elements and negative space were added to bring allure and interest to the overall invitation experience.
